Validate list of actions before performing any in `server action` command

I did this:

```
rain server action -A poweroff,destroy,create,poweron -s server1,server2
```

And `destroy` was ignored with this warning in the output:

```
Performing action destroy
Unknown option
```

It would be good if this was checked before processing any actions and raised an error instead.
