This policy covers the names Pointbreak and Pointbreak Review, the Pointbreak logo, and any confusingly similar names, logos, or branding.
Use the trademark symbol (TM) for Pointbreak marks unless and until a specific mark is registered in the relevant jurisdiction.
You may use the Pointbreak marks without separate permission when the use is truthful, descriptive, and not confusing, including:
- naming the origin of the unmodified project;
- linking to the official project or documentation;
- saying that your software is compatible with or integrates with Pointbreak;
- redistributing unmodified official source or binary distributions while preserving the repository's license and notice files.
Written permission is required before using Pointbreak marks to brand a modified distribution, fork, hosted service, product, domain name, social media account, or other offering.
Do not use Pointbreak marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or official status unless that status has been granted in writing. Do not use confusingly similar names or logos for related software, services, or developer tools.
If you distribute a modified version, use your own name and branding. You may truthfully state that your work is based on, derived from, or compatible with Pointbreak, provided the statement is not confusing about who maintains or endorses the modified version.
Logo files included in this repository may be used to identify the official Pointbreak project in unmodified official distributions. They may not be used as the branding for modified distributions, forks, third-party products, or services without written permission.
