Link to object fields from function params

If function has params from custom object type the site will show the name of the type but with no link to the inner fields of the object (the user have no way to see information about the object)

To make this happen architecture of okidoc-md should be changed. Currently there is only one phase, but to make links - there should be two phases. Some rough ideas how to achieve it:

1. Start with Entry | Glob
2. Collect file tree (with dependencies)
3. Extract type tree (make identifiers unique - file aware)
4. Create slugs for each identifier
5. Render markdown using collected information
