Replace tempfile with something like tempy

Currently, Detox relies on tempfile, which relies on uuid@3.4.0. On running npm i this generates a warning. Checking the tempfile repo it hasn't been updated since last year, and the README recommends switching to the tempy package.

Thanks, Eric. We can't promise to get to this very soon, but you are totally right. The outdated version bugs me a lot. In fact, we may rewrite to a small wrapper over fs.mkdtmp and random crypto uuids. It should not be a huge deal, just a timing/resources issue.
