Refactor main.mjs and styles.css for improved structure and functionality

- Organized functions in main.mjs, grouping related logic for hero grid and tunnel effects.
- Updated function definitions for clarity and consistency.
- Moved CSS custom properties definitions to styles.css.
- Removed redundant animationframe manipulations of "tunnel"
