How to establish connection with AWS DynamoDB?

Wix website doesn't contain information except saying that it supports dynamo db. I am not clear what environment variables to set for App Runner and what secrets have to be created in secrets manager. I recreated the steps for AWS RDS and while the connection is working, it doesn't identify the tables (collections) already present. 

Can someone please help?
