[Feature]: SMP option + Sending invitation link (guide)/announcements in email

Hello, i'm migration to wizarr from jfa-go.

And i really like the application overall, however I'm rlly missing a feature to send out the invitation link / guide in to a specific email like in jfa-go.

Same applies for sending out an announcement, like: "Hello everyone, there will be a server maintenance on tuesday".
SMTP could come from env or settings page.
