CMake [meta issue] #283
Description
This is a meta issue to group all CMake / Catkin / Colcon etc related issues
Pull requests:
- Remove Catkin dependency while keeping CMake's find_package() feature #133
- Port to ROS 2 #209
- Install target generates a clean CMake package (+ Catkin dependency is now optional) #215
- Downstream packaging patchset #231
