please add support for WESP32 Rev7 (with RTL8201)

What happened?

WESP32 uses an RTL8201 instead of LAN8720 since Rev7. I tried running WLED with Ethernet, but theres no connection over ethernet.

Can you please add the changes to the WLED Software?
