The Video Editing app template provides a ready-to-use setup for a complete video editing workspace.

This template streamlines the workflow for editing video, image, and audio sources together in a single timeline. Each piece of media is represented as its own strip in the Sequencer, where clips can be arranged, trimmed, and combined with effects to produce a polished final video.

File Browser: Preconfigured to display only relevant file types, making it easier to locate and import video, image, and audio files.

Preview: The Preview area provides an interactive viewer where you can select, transform, and preview strips directly in the video output.

Sequencer: The Sequencer is where you assemble and edit video, image, and sound strips.

Properties Editor: Simplified to display only essential tabs: Render , Output , Scene , and Strip Modifiers.

The Edit scene has a default duration of 10 seconds , providing a starting point for new projects.

The Edit scene is set as both the current scene and the active Sequencer scene.

Resolution defaults to 1920 × 1080 HD at 24 FPS , suitable for most video work.

The output format is preset for video rendering, allowing quick exports.
