Need to do 'TSInstall ledger'

Hi,

I was trying this out with lazyvim. It was giving an error that no parser was found for ledger.

It seems I had to do :TSInstall ledger. I'm fairly new to neovim, so not sure this is common knowledge. Perhaps good to add to installation instructions?

Yes, you need a tree-sitter parser for ledger. I'll take a look at documenting this better, and maybe finding an alternative if possible to not require this
