Redeploy this app somewhere besides Heroku

This app was previously deployed for free on Heroku, but after the deprecation of the free tier last November, we've been left without our virtual coffee bot. Community members have suggested Fly or Railway as alternatives that may have usable free tiers.

Success criteria:

• The app matches people from the #virtual-coffee channel for coffee on the first Monday of the month
• Ideally, it is deployed for free
• Admin permissions are handed over to organizers@wnb-rb.dev

👋 Just started taking a look at this.

Explored the following free hosting options

• Railway (no free tier, $5 per month) - https://railway.app/pricing
• Render (has free tier but cron jobs cost $1 per month) - https://render.com/pricing
• Fly (metered usage pricing, could be free depending on usage) - https://fly.io/docs/about/pricing/

I'll go with Fly and see if we run into any limitations
