Describe the bug
On the login page, the flash message directs visitors to either sing in or sign up. However, we have removed the ability for self sign-up, making the message inaccurate and potentially confusing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to WNB Admin Dashboard
2. See message

Expected behavior
I expect a message to only instruct a visitor to sign in

Updating the wording will better reflect the current authentication flow and reduce user confusion.
