ProjectForm: Sending File through API

**Describe the bug**
We are not able to send a file through the API.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'ProjectForm.jsx Page in the src folder'

**Expected behavior**
A file should be sent on the backend that could be displayed as Project card banners.
