Implement weight wise sorting in events such that they are chronological as well. #107
Description
Right now, the events for a particular year sort themselves according to the weight. http://wncc-iitb.org/events/
This looks a bit random and it would be better if the weights are adjusted such that the sorting is chronological as well.
