Address name is not included in header #497

Description
Starting with v0.7.1, the email address name is not included in the header.
Instead of From: "Alice Smith" <alice@example.com>, it's From: <alice@example.com>.
To Reproduce
Send an email with a to/from/cc address that includes a name (e.g., My Name <me@example.com>). The name is excluded from the address in the header.
Expected behaviour
As in versions prior to v0.7.1, the header should include the name provided with the email address.
