Alternative scripts

Use the scripts listed below to flash and calibrate Castor and Pollux without needing the Winterbloom hardware jig.

Scripts

Run the following scripts in order:

alt_flash.py: Downloads bootloader; flashes the bootloader and gemini firmware
alt_adc_calibration.py: Calibrates the ADC
alt_cv_calibration.py: Calibrates both 1V/Octave inputs
alt_clock_calibration.py: Calibrates the onboard clock frequency
alt_ramp_calibration.py: Calibrates both ramp waves
