Regression - Open design no longer shows a PCB

When clicking 'open' or dragging the example files into the page, the PCB preview is blank

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. GoTo: https://gingerbread.wntr.dev/
2. Click the "Open" link under any of the three example designs

Expected: To see the preview of the design in the PCB viewer

Experienced: Blank view of the PCB preview with the side bar. See image below

Note:

• Using Microsoft Edge Version 138.0.3351.95 (Official build) (64-bit)... Up to date as of 2025-July-20
• Using Windows 11 Pro... Up to date as of 2025-July-20
• I checked the browser console and there were no error messages
• I loaded the page in "Private window" to exclude browser plugin conflicts
• I also tried downloading the examples and dragging them back into the window with the same result.
• This workflow was working as expected earlier this year. I think around March-2025

This issue might be related to the PR request from a few days ago #19 from @hauserkristof (This is a guess)
