Resetting zoom to fit

Hello,
Is there a way to reset the zoom of a particular view? I'm mostly interested in resetting zoom (as in "zoom to fit") of the frame time graph section, because apparently my mouse wheel is too fast or something and I cannot get a decent zoom level.

In general, I think that zoom keyboard shortcuts for the area currently under mouse pointer could be useful. I'm not sure if there are any (I tried with the obvious +- keys), but I couldn't find a reference table with all the key bindings (that would be useful as well).
