Replace AbstractProductGrid blocks with Product Collection

As we're soft-deprecating existing product list blocks based on AbstractProductGrid with Collections (woocommerce/woocommerce#42162) we should replace them in Storefront.

The replacement should only happen for new stores or those with no changes to initial templates.
