Development blog redirects to a 404 page

• I have deactivated other plugins and themes and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce + Storefront theme are active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to WP Admin page
2. In appearance section, click storefront
3. Click on Development blog
4. See error

Expected behavior

We should fix the link or remove the development blog reference
