mentioned they wanted to accept IPP during an in-person event but do not enable “Cash on Delivery” in the web checkout [...] they can collect payments for orders created in the app while keeping the “Pay in Person” option disabled => they apparently didn’t realize that. I quickly checked the flow and I noticed that we mention it is for “website orders” on the toggle itself in the settings, but we do NOT mention it in the onboarding step
