Order/Product List: Persist filter history

Description
A feature request from a user:

The user reports that it will be great to have the option of saving filters that they use repetitively. — They have a repetitive search that they need to do, and for everything they load in the app, they need to select the filters, so they would like to have a set of saved filters for easy access.

To support this, we can persist filter history and let users choose to apply any previous filters or remove them from history as needed.
