[Product Subscriptions] Support changing the payment sync date field

When the Synced Renewals feature is enabled in Woo Subscriptions, users can set a payment sync date for their products, we need to support this field in the mobile app as well.

But, currently, there is not way to check if the feature is enabled or not, we need to wait for the plugin to support this https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-subscriptions/issues/4594
