[Tablet Orders] When following a deeplink to an order not visible in the list, we should scroll to show the order.

Repro:

1. Launch the app on a device which can show the orders split view
2. Tap the Orders tab
3. Scroll down
4. On the web or another device, place an order for the same store
5. When the notice pops up, tap View
6. Observe that the order is shown in the Order Details pane, but that you have to scroll back to the top to see it in the Order List

Expected behaviour

We should scroll to the new order in the Order List when the merchant follows a deeplink
