The times on order notes are announced as numbers – e.g. "16:20 - WooCommerce (Private)" is annouced as "Sixteen. Twenty-woocommerce. Private." rather than "Sixteen-twenty, WooCommerce, Private" or "four twenty pm" as it would be if a time were used.
