[Mobile Payments] Update `paymentSummary` to show more payment information under "Paid"

OrderPaymentDetailsViewModel.paymentSummary does a check for order.paymentMethodTitle.isEmpty, so it returns nil when there's no payment method associated. Which with the new receipts, will show no description:
