[SiOC 3] Update collapsible cards for subscription variations

There's differences between subs (above) and sub variations (below). Eg: sign-up fees/free trial should also be shown in the first case:

The proposed design hides the variation details until we've expanded the cards, and only shows the subscription details when collapsed.
