Display a red dot on Point of Sale menu option until the first visit

We will be considering whether to display the entry point even on phones to encourage users to try it out on tablets - we need to ensure this red dot is present only on supported devices (iPads).

Is this one still valid with "Point of Sale as a tab" project? IMHO can be closed as I don't think we'll provide much value with the red dot if it's only going to be up for a few weeks (or ever, based on when we can fit it in).
