"View All Orders" Button in Dashboard should Pop to Order List View

Description

Under the Dashboard section "Most recent orders," tapping the "View all orders" button currently selects the Orders tab. However, if the Orders tab has something else opened (such as an order detail), it will display the last screen viewed instead of the order list. It would be better to pop the view to display the order list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the WooCommerce mobile app.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard.
3. Under the section "Most recent orders," tap on the "View all orders" button.
4. If the Orders tab has an order detail or any other screen open, it will display that screen instead of the order list.

Expected Behavior

Tapping the "View all orders" button should pop the view to display the order list, regardless of what was previously open in the Orders tab.

Actual Behavior

The app displays the last screen viewed in the Orders tab (e.g., an order detail) instead of the order list.
