[Woo POS] Allow refreshing empty product list state

When there are no eligible products, POS shows a full-screen empty view. However, there's no way to refresh a state without exiting and reopening POS.

Android support pull to refresh in this scenario.

Yes, this is still the case. I don't think it's a high priority since it's a rare case with a workaround. We could put it to medium to address it with the next backlog work batch.

I think adding a "Refresh" button could be enough for simplicity.

Ohh, I see - this screen is shown when there are literally no product found, not when fetching products fails - definitely not a high priority. Thanks!
