[Login] Jetpack installation login missing credentials auto fill option using password manager

Problem

The native login screen we built for Jetpack installation doesn't have the option to auto-fill WPCOM email from the password manager. I tested using 1Password.

• The email screen doesn't allow selecting an email from the password manager.
• After entering the mail manually, I can select the password from the password manager on the next screen.

Expected behaviour

The user should be able to auto-fill the email and password from their password manager.
