The order of items in the order list is not stable

Describe the bug
After creating a hundred orders, refreshing the order list causes inconsistent orders for items. This issue can also occur when changing the selected order.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create 100 orders in your test store using Smooth Generator.
2. Open the order list in the app.
3. Pull to refresh the order list multiple times.
4. Observe that the order of items changes inconsistently.

Expected behavior
When pulling to refresh or changing the selected order, the order of the items should remain the same.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
