[Login] Add ability to allow entry point to password screen for passwordless accounts

Sometimes, for some debugging, we need to test password login even for passwordless accounts, the goal of this ticket is to allow this, and the plan is to use a launch argument that shows the magic login screen with entry point to the password screen.
