Screens with `interactiveDismissDisabled` don't prevent dismissal in iOS 18

Issue

Using interactiveDismissDisabled to prevent users from dismissing a modal doesn't work in iOS 18.

This seems to be an issue with iOS 18.

We need to check how other screens are affected by this behaviour.
