Description
The WisePad 3 has a cancel button, allowing the shopper to cancel the payment before they tap their card.
When this is used, we show a Payment cancelled on reader error, and the merchant can go back to the item list and forward again to take a new payment.
This is a bit of a strange interaction – e.g. the shopper may press cancel because they used the wrong card and realised when entering the PIN. It would make more sense to have a Try another card or similar button on the error screen.
