[Woo POS] Card-inserted payments don't show the processing screen until late

Description

When tapping a card, we move to the purple Processing screen immediately.

When a card is inserted (to the WisePad 3, at least,) the iPad continues to show Insert card, even though the reader provides prompts about entering a PIN, and processing the payment, before we show the purple screen.

If possible, it would help the merchant to show the processing screen when the shopper inserts their card.
