Inconsistent button heights in the login flow

Describe the bug
Button heights are inconsistent on the email and password screens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Proceed through the login flow to view the email and password screens.
2. Repeat the previous step with both the default and large font sizes.

Screenshots

The Magic Link button is larger than the previous button.	The Apple login button is slightly larger.	When increasing the font size, the Google button becomes larger.

Expected behavior
The buttons on the screen should have equal height, regardless of whether the default or large font size is used.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
