[Order Form] Percentage amounts truncate at larger dynamic type sizes

When adding or editing a cart discount, the percentage amount is shown to two decimal places.

At larger dynamic type sizes, the amount is truncated, despite there being no reason to do so (at least, not on an ipad.)
