[Order Form] Submit button on Add/Edit custom amount form is hidden by the keyboard

Can’t scroll the submit button into view on the Add/Edit custom amount screen, you have to dismiss the keyboard. Enter dismisses the keyboard. Perhaps move the button above the keyboard as in shipping?
