[Collect Payment] App shortcut to `Collect payment` shows sheet saying "Collect Payment has moved"

Description

When you long press on the Woo app icon on the home screen, one of the shortcuts is to Collect Payment.

This correctly opens order creation with a custom amount... however, it does so using the same flow as we use from the Payment Menu, which includes an education sheet saying that collect payment has moved, and it opens in the Menu tab.

That doesn't really make sense from the shortcut – we should just open the order creation in the Order tab, then add the custom amount.

From testing on the latest trunk it does not happen anymore, it opens order creation from the orders tab without the migration sheet now that it was removed in #15454. Closing this for now, but feel free to reopen if anyone can still reproduce this.
