Widgets: Add configuration options

Description

We need to add configuration support to the stats widget (both lock and home screen):

• store selection (to support multi-store setup)
• time period selection (to display something else than today stats)
  • today
  • this week
  • this month
  • this year

I would suggest to give more priority to time period selection over store selection.
From past measurements, very few MAU manage multiple stores in the app so I think store selection wouldn't be much impactful to current merchants.
