In PluginDetailsRowView we are showing a web view pointing to the Plugins page so that users can update Woo from the app. Some sites have admin URL without HTTP/HTTPS schemes, so initializing SFSafariViewController results in a crash.

We should maybe check for the scheme of the URL to see if it's possible to show the SafariView with it not to crash the app. WDYT @joshheald?
