[Analytics Hub] Add Tracks events

Summary

used_analytics Tracks event

Inside the Analytics Hub, we should cover the following action with tracks:

1. Scrolling
2. Pull-to-refresh
3. Tapping on the date range
4. Selecting a date range option

The StoreStatsUsageTracksEventEmitter should be used to cover all these four actions through the used_analytics event.

Standard events

Besides the used_analytics event, we should also create standard tracks for some actions inside the Hub. We also need to cover tap on the “See more” button in My Store, which launches the Analytics Hub screen.

With that, expect the following tracks to be introduced here:

_dashboard_see_more_analytics_tapped: Tapping on “See more” in the My Store screen.
_analytics_hub_date_range_button_tapped: Tapping on the date range selector button.
_analytics_hub_date_range_option_selected:
- Custom properties: option: The option selected like “today”, “yesterday”, or “custom”. Make sure that this is not translated into the local language.
