[IPPInAppFeedback] Update and save feedback status upon merchant action

Part of https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-ios/issues/8530

As continuation of implementing the [IPP feedback banner dismiss logic](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-ios/pull/8657), we want to update and store this feedback status properly, as right now is set to `.pending` so we can test easily.
