Closes WOOMOB-1200

Description

Enables POS Settings in release builds.

Testing information

  • Switch the scheme build configuration to Release.
  • Run the app, navigate to POS tab
  • Observe Settings is accessible

  • I have considered if this change warrants user-facing release notes and have added them to RELEASE-NOTES.txt if necessary.
