This includes the changes from completing the 11.0 code freeze:

  • Version bump
  • Release notes
  • Strings to be translated
  • Updated Fastlane to version 2.210.1
  • Updated WordPressAuthenticator to version 4.0.0
  • Updated the Release Toolkit to version 5.6.0
  • Updated the Sentry plugin to version 1.14.0

I was surprised by the empty notes here, but the release_notes.txt copy below is consistent with this 👍
