How to set minio keys in woodpeckerci/plugin-docker-buildx?

Hello, I am using woodpeckerci/plugin-docker-buildx and I want to use a minio as the cache provider, so I need to pass this to workflow script by settings such as:

  - name: docker
    image: woodpeckerci/plugin-docker-buildx:6
    settings:
      repo: git....
      username: hzhangxyz
      password:
        from_secret: gitea_package
      registry: reg...
      cache-to: type=s3,bucket=cache,region=local,endpoint_url=https://s3...,name=${CI_REPO}/docker,mode=max
      cache-from:
        - type=s3\\,bucket=cache\\,region=local\\,endpoint_url=https://s3...\\,name=${CI_REPO}/docker

However, I do not know how to pass cred to it, I want to add environment by:

variables:
  - &minio_config
    AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID:
      from_secret: minio_access_key
    AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY:
      from_secret: minio_secret_key

and

  - name: docker
    image: woodpeckerci/plugin-docker-buildx:6-insecure
    environment:
      <<: *minio_config
...

But it says:

docker: steps.docker

Should not configure both environment and settings

How to get it works?
