Don’t rescale in two steps.

Currently the exported Sketch layer is rescaled twice, once during export to PNG where it is scaled to 256x256, and again when generating the individual icon sizes. The two step rescale is for performance reasons but results in an inferior quality icon.

Remove the scale during export to PNG without introducing more UI freezing.
