Using the new Components v2 in the information commands

Discord has added a new component extension that allows to make layouts more customizable than regular embeds. I'm planning to use these new components in most of the bot commands and messages, but I think for now I'm only going to implement them in the info commands and when they are no longer beta features I'll use them in all messages.
